4.1 Registration. To place wagers or access real-money features on pk682, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You must not use false identities, fictitious names or the personal information of any other individual.
4.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one Account at any time. If duplicate accounts are detected, pk682 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any wagers or bonuses arising from duplicate registrations.
4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pk682 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, pk682 may require you to complete identity verification. You may be requested to submit:

Submission of falsified, obscured or doctored documents is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable law. 4.6 Verification Outcome. pk682 reserves the right to decline or delay processing any transaction pending satisfactory completion of KYC. The Platform will not be liable for any loss arising from a delay in verification where the delay results from incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation.
5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any commercial exploitation, resale or systematic extraction of Platform content is prohibited.
5.2 Personal Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. You accept full responsibility for all wagers placed through your Account. pk682 does not guarantee any outcome, return or profit from any wager or gaming activity.
5.3 Accuracy of Information. While pk682 takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results and promotional information displayed on the Platform, errors may occasionally occur. pk682 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds, payouts or promotional figures, even after wagers have been settled, and to adjust Account balances accordingly.
5.4 Technical Availability. pk682 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures and circumstances beyond the Platform's control may result in temporary unavailability. No compensation will be payable for Platform downtime.
5.5 Third-Party Content. The Platform may reference third-party sports leagues, tournaments and events — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC cricket tournaments, T20 Internationals, domestic cricket series, international football competitions, UFC events and other sporting contests — for the purpose of offering betting markets. Such references do not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or sponsorship by the relevant governing bodies or organisations.
6.1 Accepted Methods. pk682 accepts deposits via a range of payment channels familiar to Pakistani users. The following payment methods are referenced for informational context only — their mention does not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling by any of the named providers: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and Bank Transfer.
6.2 Currency. All deposits to and withdrawals from your Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pk682 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
6.4 Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from a legitimate source. Deposits made from funds derived from criminal activity, tax evasion or money laundering are strictly prohibited and will be reported to appropriate authorities.
6.5 Failed Transactions. pk682 is not liable for delays or failures in deposit processing attributable to the User's payment provider, bank or mobile money operator. If a deposit does not credit to your Account within a reasonable period, please contact our support team via the email address displayed on this site.
7.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from Accounts that have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory identity verification.
7.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk682 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative verified methods where the original method is unavailable.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and verification status. Indicative timeframes are displayed at the point of withdrawal request and are operator estimates only — actual times may vary.
7.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are defined per payment method and are displayed at the point of request. pk682 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
7.5 Pending Wagers. Withdrawal requests may not be processed while active wagers remain unsettled. Amounts wagered but not yet settled will not be available for withdrawal until the relevant event or game outcome has been confirmed.
7.6 Right to Withhold. pk682 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC, or any regulatory obligation requiring the Platform to investigate the source of funds.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by pk682 are subject to specific promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
8.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses that expire unfulfilled are forfeited automatically.
8.4 Abuse & Manipulation. pk682 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements; or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional structures.
8.5 Withdrawal of Offers. pk682 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Withdrawal of an active promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to a User's Account prior to withdrawal of the offer.
8.6 Illustrative Figures. Any promotional figures quoted in PKR amounts (e.g., "Welcome Bonus up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximums only. Actual bonus value depends on qualifying deposit amount, eligibility conditions and applicable wagering multipliers as specified in the individual promotion terms.
9.1 Wager Acceptance. All wagers are subject to acceptance by pk682. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a wager is placed in error, at incorrect odds or in circumstances where the relevant market is suspended.
9.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a wager. Once a wager is confirmed at stated odds, those odds are locked in for settled markets barring manifest error.
9.3 Manifest Errors. pk682 reserves the right to void wagers placed on markets affected by manifest pricing or data errors. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would clearly recognise as an error at the time the wager was placed.
9.4 Event Cancellations. If a sporting event or match is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before a result is determined, wagers on affected markets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account unless specific market rules state otherwise.
9.5 Casino & RNG Games. All casino games and Random Number Generator (RNG) games offered on pk682 operate using certified and independently audited random number generation technology. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's gaming system.
9.6 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager or game, the records held by pk682's gaming system shall be considered definitive unless a technical error is established through formal investigation. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from pk682.
12.3 Any unauthorised use of pk682's intellectual property may result in legal action and permanent Account closure.
13.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk682 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or security from unauthorised third-party access.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk682 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
13.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pk682's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Gambling Losses. pk682 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through wagering. You accept full responsibility for all betting decisions made through your Account. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited.
14.1 By pk682. pk682 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
14.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Effect of Termination. On termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution clauses — shall remain in force.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are provided to verified Users upon request.
15.2 These Terms do not constitute a representation that the Platform is lawful, available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
15.3 Pakistan-Specific Notice. Pakistan has significant gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. pk682 does not claim that use of the Platform is authorised or lawful in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users based in Pakistan are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice before accessing the Platform.
16.1 pk682 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at pk682.cam/terms-conditions.
16.2 Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect User rights, withdrawal conditions or Account eligibility criteria — pk682 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account.
16.3 Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 14.2.
